With hybrid air & magnetic flywheel technology, the ROWER-500D delivers 32 levels of adjustable resistance to help you find the ideal workout intensity. Monitor key stats such as stroke and distance on the smart LCD display. The display also functions as a rotatable knob used to easily adjust resistance accordingly. With a contoured seat and large footplates, the ROWER-500D is designed to help maximise comfort whilst you train.

  • The Rower 500D is load tested to ensure that we provide you with the best range of resistance for a hybrid flywheel resistance system. Each machine is tested to bring a maximum resistance of 451N or 46kg/f at level 32.
