Free Shipping Offer

Fitness Deals Online store offers free shipping Australia wide on selected products. This offer may change without notice however we will attempt to update the policy on all pages of the website if this changes. We do not offer free shipping to small offshore Australian locations e.g. Lord Howe Island. If you have not received your order within the days specified please contact our online department at sales@fitnessdealsonline.com.au

While we try our best to ship our products to as many locations Australia wide as possible, please understand that we may be unable to deliver to some remote rural and offshore locations.

Free Installations

Occasionally Fitness Deals Online will run deals that include free installation upon delivery. This offer is limited to selected products, and subject to customer location, and for a limited time. This offer on deals may change without notice.

International Deliveries

Standard flat rate fee of $105.00 AU applies for all goods being shipped out side Australia. All items are posted via Australia Post, you can expect delivery in approximately 7-14 Business Days. Please note that on occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs. Backorder items may take longer than 7-14 days to deliver, these will be sent separately with no additional postage charges applied.

Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.

Returns and Exchanges

Fitness Deals Online will strive to ensure you are happy with your online purchase however we advise you to choose your products carefully. The Fitness Deals Online store will offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery of the purchased goods - please refer to our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. We also offer the exchange of any product for another size or product to equal value within 14 days of delivery. Proof of purchase must be provided to be eligible for both refund and exchange. We do not pay for return freight for any product assessed as having a major failure.
Returned products may also be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price. Re-stocking fee includes labour, checking and repackaging of items, administration time and costs for issue of refund, cancellation of order etc.

14 Day Money Back Guarantee

The following conditions are to be met in order for you to qualify:

  • Register for the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee on our website within 7 days from the date of the invoice
  • Be a first time Fitness Deals Online purchaser of the item/s
  • You must provide 24 hours notice prior to the return of the item/s
  • The item/s and their packaging must be in new condition as it was at the time of purchase, and to be returned in all of its original packaging (this includes manuals, bolts, and packaging material) at your own expense - we do not cover return freight
  • Should the item/s be returned damaged or missing parts, we will deduct costs required from the refund in order to refurbish the item/s to new condition
  • Should it fail to pass our assessment to be in new condition, we will deduct costs required from the refund in order to refurbish the item/s to new condition
  • The return date must be within the 14 days; sufficient time must be made for the item to be returned to us - this includes travel time
  • Refunds will be credited electronically back to the credit card/bank account you used at the initial transaction
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Fitness Deals Online reserves the right to reject a claim for refund

Freight Issues

Product damage can occasionally occur during the freight process. When you receive your delivery please inspect the boxes for any visible damage. If there is damage, please notify the driver and make a note on the consignment note. To make a claim with the freight company we usually need photos of the cartons when they arrive showing the damage. Please notify us within 24 hours if they appear damaged and we will follow it up with the freight company.

Sold Out Items

If an item you have ordered is out of stock online, we will endeavourer to contact you ASAP to advise and offer you either an alternate item or estimated lead time for stock arriving. No additional postage charges apply. If a specific product is not listed, it is currently out of stock, sold out or due to arrive in stock soon.

Fitness Deals Online reserve the right to stop, cancel, or change any product on a timer deal at any time, due to nil stock.

Payment Methods

We accept several methods of payment including VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, Direct Deposit, and Once Finance option. AMEX and Paypal incur a surcharge.Terms and Conditions apply for approved applicants for Once Finance.
