The Healthstream Encore ECE7 Commercial Cross Trainer is a heavy duty elliptical featuring a 20″ stride and 13% adjustable stride incline. The console is easy to read and operate and includes a variety of both pre-set and heart rate control programs for user enjoyment.

Brake
The incorporated self-generating brake system allows user to “free-wheel”. This means when the user stops exercising the pedals stop with them.
