Provides a fantastically smooth, straight (and inclined) chest press to work your pecs, front delts and triceps. With a quick change pop pin system, the MAX1 adjusts to a seated row to tone and strengthen lats, rhomboids, lower back and biceps, as well as a standing shoulder press to target deltoids and triceps. Simply use the different grip handles to engage different muscles for each function.

Front and Rear Pull Down
