Love the bike - but not the assembly stress!

Very happy with the exercise bike but some of the assembly was stressful - in particular Section 5 as the Seat Post Bush could not be inserted into the frame due to the locking tab being too firm and eventually required a screwdriver to depress it to allow insertion to locking hole C. I did attempt to call the helpline for advice but without any response!
